wow do i have a lot of extra time now that i’m not allowed to watch tv for more than an hour a day! for those of you find yourself watching repeat episodes of project runway, the ashlee simpson show, elimidate, etc… i recommend turning off the tv! the first day i gotta admit, things were eerily quiet, and i was afraid i wouldn’t know how to fill the time, but it’s …. nice.
you know what’s scary? i’m excited for the 10 for $10 mix and match deal they have going at albertson’s right now.. and i wake up extra early with no problems, make myself a cup of hot chocolate and study in the mornings before going to work. past roommates will understand what a FREAKISH thing this is for me! what is this world coming to? don’t say it… i already know…
i’m heading down to LA tomorrow for hongster’s wedding.. michelle will be there with her baby so i’ll try and post pics soon! and of my new nephew … so stinking cute, definately a little alien monkey going on there, but he’s beautiful!

That is sad…the 10 for $10 excites you? Actually, I better not talk. I got excited the other day when I heard one of my veterinary books was coming out with a new edition in december. How sad is that?!
Totally understand with the tv thing….it sucks you in and it’s hard to do things. When I stopped watching a lot, I picked up other hobbies like fixing my car. Oh wait, I’m still doing it. I miss tv….

miknaeuss! glad you’re giving up some tv–it really does turn our brains to mush! we don’t have cable so that helps a lot, otherwise i’d be mad MTV/VH1 addict fo sho’. we are addicted to 24 though…been renting them DVD’s and finished all of season 2. we’re gonna take a break from it and try to do something more productive with our time
